Automation Zone removed a old assembly line and replaced it with inline conveyors. We put together a team of 8 contractors to complete the project and installation in 10 days. Shutting down this line effected 4000 people working on and supply the line, it was misson critical to have it running in 10 days

Automation Zone supplied a turnkey solution to balance baskets. A Camco indexer rotates a basket into one of the two CVM’s. The basket is rotated with an AB servo, and precise laser measures the locations where the basket is out of balance. The locations are memorized and the servo moves the basket to each bad location and a servo pusher bends the basket to the proper position to balance it.
